"Long time loyal customer of State Farm here. Of course it’s time to renew our insurance and my insurance goes up once again. Completely understandable. So I shop around and find a better deal. I call to cancel my insurance with this office and I am met with Diana. Horrible over the phone etiquette, does not seem to understand simple 3rd grade level conversation, but I promise once you get past her, it’s smooth sailing. Cindy and Priscilla were amazing. They were very helpful and informative regarding my cancellation. Again I loved State Farm but the premium was getting a bit too hefty. I leave this 2 star review for both Cindy and Priscilla as they were the only stars of this office."
