"The better State Farm agents in the area are Ryan Ballard, Justin Slaughter, Jerry Greenburg, Tim Woodson, Bridgette Emanuel, Theo Franklin, Scott Le. Gaston's office in particular overcharged for auto insurance, admitted the mistake and said I had to pay for the mistake. (Gaston's fake reply is not true but made to sound plausable to save face.) The women (who by the way are extremely rude if you ever run into a problem or have an accident) in the office also lied and attempted to pressure me with an illegal industry tactic to pay/with credit card payment on phone immediately "if you don't pay the difference your policy will be canceled in 2 days" Being concerned, I called the 800 number and they stated this was not correct- not even close to correct. In fact, it's against the law to pressure customers in this manner. They attempted to raise my police 4 times over a five month period without any claims or accidents. In fact, after I took defensive driving for a discount, Gaston's office raised my premium again. The women never allowed me to speak with the agent over a 5 month period and saying he would call me back every time (still to this day I have never spoken to Gaston). There are too many other companies and honest offices out there to be apart of this office. That's my 2 cents."
