"I wish I could rate ZERO stars. The agent Gaston Arguelles apparently according to his staff does not talk to his clients and does not go into the office. They are not professional, they miss quote policy's. They even promise to correct and lie and steal your money. This is the most unprincipled and dishonest insurance office I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE, DO NOT USE STATE FARM."
"Mr. Malone. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I do go into the offices. I have one in the Bellaire area and another in Rosenberg. My teams do handle most auto, home, and business policies while I focus more on helping clients with their life insurance and financial matters. I spoke to our Manager regarding your account and she says she has reviewed the account and has spoken to you. You did get an increase in the home mfg home policy at renewal - which comes from State Farm and we have no control over their pricing. This increase at renewal complicated the changes you requested on the policy and I guess you weren't given a proper explaintion. I will reach out to you via phone. I apologize for the confusion. The manager will dig deeper to see what happened and we can discuss this on our phone call."
